1. When will I receive my parcel?
For [Free shipping]:
Delivery within West Malaysia will take 7-10 working days, East Malaysia 10-15 working days and international delivery will take 20– 30 business days once your order has been shipped out from our warehouse.

For [Same-day delivery] (Klang Valley Only):
a. All orders placed before 3pm on Monday-Friday will be processed and delivered by Lalamove/Grab on the same day before 7PM.
b. Orders after 3PM will be delivered on next working day.

For [Next-day Delivery] (Singapore & Thailand Only):
a. All orders placed before 11AM will be processed and delivered on the next working day.
b. Orders after 11AM will be delivered on the following working day.

[Working days: Monday - Friday, excluding Malaysia Public Holidays] Orders placed during Public Holiday/ Weekends will be processed on the next working day.

2. Who will be sending my parcel?
All parcels processed from celovis.com will be distributed to DHLec for Malaysia addresses.
Certain areas that are not covered under DHLec's services will be distributed to Poslaju services (eg: Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan etc)
For orders sending out of Malaysia will be distributed to couriers services available (eg: Teleport, T&T, Aramex, Janio, Shunfeng etc)
You will receive an email from EasyParcel once your order is processed and details of your parcel will be shown in the email.

3. Do you provide gift-wrapping?
All our jewellery comes with a premium giftbox. Purchase a seasonal premium giftbox for an additional touch and receive it in a ready-to-be-gifted condition!

4. Does Celovis provide Same-day delivery services?
Yes we do! Same-day delivery is available from Monday - Friday (exclude Public Holidays) for all orders placed before 12PM.
Kindly select the Same-day delivery option at the checkout section to get this service.
*Available for selected Klang Valley areas only.
